This customer uses this home as a rental and didn’t want the tenants old/dripping cars to stain the floor. We put down a nice thick “desert Luna” polyaspartic, full flake coating to make his garage stain proof. Anything that drips from a car will easily wipe up with a paper towel and will not stain. This floor coating is also UV stable, which is important especially on a west facing garage in Arizona. This floor will never yellow or chalk.
