The Evolution of Gorgeous Garage
Garage Solutions of Arizona is proud to be an authorized dealer of Gorgeous Garage products. The genesis of Monkey Bars Shelving, the predecessor to Gorgeous Garage, occurred in 1999 when entrepreneur Jared Newman realized that while he had enough square footage to park in his garage, the space was taken up by other items. When Jared couldn’t find a solution that fully optimized his garage’s space, allowing him to store his belongings and park his car simultaneously, he decided to create his own storage system.
Jared embarked on a journey to build a garage storage system that would be sturdy, easy to use, and utilize all available space. This concept didn’t just work for his own garage — it also caught the attention of his neighbors, who began implementing the system. This led to the creation of Monkey Bars Shelving in 2002.
Over the past two decades, Monkey Bar Storage, which was rebranded to Gorgeous Garage in 2019, has seen exponential growth. The company now works with over 120 dealers throughout North America and has been featured on HGTV’s hit shows Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and Property Brothers, along with BobVila.com.
